Sexual Misconduct

Here's the Scoop.
Special Note:While I normally make my comments at the end, due to the nature of the importance of this matter, I will be bringing important commentary (in PURPLE) in the respective paragraphs. REMEMBER
According to research (see partial list of references), for over TWO YEARS, Michelle Robertson has sent revealing photos and text to a co-worker, sexually harassing (both verbally and physically) and as she is in the Phoenix School System's HR Department, is a prime example of Sexual misconduct. It has also been alleged that she attempted to touch her co-workers privates acting very sexually aggressive IN A CHURCH PARKING LOT !!!!! If this was a guy being the aggressor, the crap would be hitting the fan.In addition, it is my understanding that she is also facing legal actions she believes that it's OK to do this.
Let's lay the foundation for some important things to remember:
- Ms. Robertson is running for Glendale Mayor, a very public position, who should be very ethical, moral and trustworthy individual.
- Ms. Robertson was a teacher and now works for Cartwright School District (Phoenix School System) in the Human Resource Department
- Ms. Robertson is in a work position that either directly or indirectly have access to influence people, policies and the school district governing board.
- Ms. Robertson, as a teacher, has or would have direct INFLUENCE OVER KIDS AND WHAT THEY ARE EXPOSED TO.
- According to the school district's Sexual Harassment Policy (included in HR Department documents) Sexual harassment includes: unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when made by a member of the school staff to a student or to another staff member..." Sexual harassment may include, but not limited to: suggestive or obscene letters, notes, invitations, derogatory comments, touching, display of sexually suggestive objects, pictures or cartoons.
According to the victim and his attorney:
For several years Michele Robertson was friends with her co-worker, then from 2017-2019, SHE DECIDED that she wanted to change the status of their relationship and started flirting with her co-worker. When she became "very aggressive", he declined that type of relationship with her, but she continued sending "text messages" and "private photos". His response to this was "I would withdraw..." and "There were months when she was so aggressive that I did not respond to her texts."
I guess Phoenix Education System Sexual Harassment Policies, Arizona Revised Statutes and US federal Laws (EEO and Civil Rights laws) only apply to men and not to women.
- Even after he declined HER "continued desires", on August 26th, 2018, "Ms. Robertson insinuated that she wanted to be Mr. Ojeh's wife."<.li>
- "She text me regularly, but as time passed, they became more frequent and aggressive"
- "She would ask from a real kiss. Express her desire to have a romantic relationship."
- "She asked me if I had had sex since my divorce..."
- He told her straight out, that her "texts began to bother me because she was increasingly aggressive in her messages."
- She would call and text him from four or five time daily at night and over the weekends; (A little controlling or excessive).
- She would also send him two packages for his birthday and requested him to come to her home for her birthday; Unwelcoming gifts, I guess she doesn't believe that this could be considered sexual harassment, which is also against the law.
- On numerous occasions Robertson asked him to meet her outside of work to have drinks, dinner, come to her house or she could go to his house;
- At a church, when they went to say goodbye, she followed him to the parking lot, hugged and then she tried to kiss him on the lips, and "reached out to touch me on the groin" and he moved away, rejecting her;
- At work, she went to his office to show him her new tattoo on her arm, she sent him texts about how it made her feel;
- At a social event (for the President of the Governing Board) she asked him to dance and he declined;
- She had called him and her voice sounded so hateful and spiteful;
- She would also call him and cry on the phone.
- When ever she was near him, she hugged him, he stated that he thought it was just a friendship greeting (which is part of his culture);
- The following texts were sent from Robertson to him:
- From a beach while she was on vacation, she text saying that she wanted him in bed and to have sex;
- Another day: she sent, "I wanted to hug you, too, but to be honest all day I have thought about more than hugs and kisses with you...Hope that's not over the line or being to (sic) forward"
- Another day: she sent that she wanted Mr. Ojeh to meet her parents and daughters.
- Another day: she sent, "I hope you know I am not mad...I would hope you felt you could tell me you changed your mind about seeing me and things with us. I am sad and hurt to realize as obviously my feeling and desires are different than yours but I love you...I feel so foolish for confessing how in love with you...I am embarrassed and broken-hearted but I do care so very much about you..." (If this is not mental manipulation, I don't know what is!)
- Another day: she sent that she wanted to "feel me in her mouth";
- Another day; "she talked about breast enlargements"
- Another day: "she sent multiple pictures of her breasts in her swimsuit, bras, etc;

These are just one of the pictures and one of the text that was allegedly sent to the victim. I have to wonder with all the TEENAGE SEXTING issues that are going on, if teachers or those in influential positions that condone this type of actions, directly or indirectly teach our kids that its to SEXT. |

In the documents reviewed, here are some additional statements:
- Mr. Ojeh stated that on many occasion's he informed Robertson that he didn't want to pursue a romantic relationship, that he had been celibate as dictated by his personal belief and his church. He also informed her: "I told her that I no longer would respond to her increasingly sexual related efforts to see me on a personal basis and I would not continue to respond to her emails or text messages."
- Robertson is a "longstanding close personal and social friend of the Superintendent;
- The Superintendent created a "NEW JOB Position in Human Resources Department;
- Robertson managed a current board member's political campaign for her Board seat;
- Robertson is also a personal friend of two board members.
Here's our thoughts!
When I started this article, I had no idea some of the information that I would uncover. However, looking for the truth, I searched out all I could find (within a limited amount of time of course) and for the stuff on this section, all I could say was Oh My God , What The Hell , How the hell is this woman still working for the education system , She works in the HR Department? and She wants to be mayor?
Then, when I read about her personal relationships with the district superintendent (Dr. LeeAnn Aguilar-Lawlor), and two Governing Board Members as well as her outside the department activities (with the board members), it clicked.... Most people have seen it before, especially when a person in power CREATES A NEW JOB POSITION for someone, either a family member, a friend or to payback for something.
At one point, I was like what two consenting adults do in their own relationship then I remembered, this was not the case, this was about a woman who was (in my eyes) possibly abusing her position in HR, harassing a church going guy, (again in my eyes) breaking the law, and then as she was rejected, file a preemptive complaint to get him fired. Like most guys have never seen that before!!!!!!
One thing that I should also point out is, that I have worked with writing manuals for HR, and with her working in that department would give her a certain EDUCATION, for example:
- Any kind of Sexual-Misconduct/harassment by a guy, would almost automatically be a dismissal or major punitive action, even if there is no proof. In toady's government and corporate world, when a woman cries anything sexual, it is better to act on it, so the organization passes "the public test" and cannot be sued for "no action". A search on the internet can bring up examples, in Arizona, I know of about four guys that went through something like this. Of course there was an investigation, but the end result was the same (remember, with NO PROOF).
- Ms. Robertson would have access to other people's records, including their private information for her personal use or for compromising them.
Another point that hit me was that Robertson has a background in social services, the medical and behavioral health field (according to her website), and was a teacher. She could possibly (in the future), go back into teaching or into a position of influence to kids, and would I want someone in that kind of position who:
- Condones making lewd comments and send pictures to guys when they are NOT in a relationship/married;
- Condones any type of sexual harassment or misconduct;
- Acts inappropriately in public;
- May teach or influence, directly or indirectly to violate people personal space or rights, just because they want something;
- That even though someone is not interested in them and say "stop" its
OK to ignore them;
- Teaches or demonstrates, either directly or indirectly:
- Poor judgment, like when she went back with her ex-husband after stating that he was an alcoholic and abuser, especially having another child;
- putting their daughter in physical danger (if the accusations that she made were true;
- filing false reports against someone (especially a serious charge of child molestation), to get what she wanted;
- That a person in power, can do what they want, even if its illegal, immoral or unethical;
- either physically, emotionally or mentally harming a child (especially her own daughter, see the above child molestation example) Read More
A couple of final notes, after reviewing all the documents I have found:
- As mayor, I would expect someone have a lot more TRUST, common sense, good judgment, morals and ethics. Someone that would be a LEADER and see the big picture as well as the individual and make the hard choices based on facts, mixed with compassion. These are not qualities that I see in Ms. Robertson;
- That any person or organization that believes that Ms. Robertson should be in a position of influence, especially with kids, either is unaware or turns a blind eye (as it is mostly in politics).
- Usually if someone does something unethical, immoral or illegal once, they are most likely to repeat it, especially something illegal. Look at all the criminals (especially rapists and murderers) that get out of jail, and they repeat the offense.
